Current Season Registration Forms
At Med-City Aquatics we know how important family, time and finances are. There are no hidden costs charged to you by Med-City Aquatics. No family fees, commitment fees, or activity fees. We charge a fair rate up front. We also allow you to choose how many weeks you'd like to swim and pay for only those weeks, a service very few organizations in the country provide. Give us a look, do the math and hopefully you'll come to the same conclusion: Med-City is the place for you and your swimmer! Registration forms are below. Print, fill them out and bring them completed to one of the registration sessions listed on the worksheet. Make sure you bring both the workshheet and registration form. You may alternatively register on-line.
